I got this track on a compilation CD somewhere... I seem to remember the rest of the CD was not this good.
There's some story behind the chick talking about little fluffy clouds but I can't remember it and I have a vague feeling it was a sad story so I'm not gonna looking for it and harsh my chill. If you want to know go forth and Google, my son.
